Refund & Cancellation Policy – Restaurant360
Restaurant360 provides service-based offerings, not physical goods.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before service onboarding begins
- Once onboarding, account setup, or platform integration has started, cancellation is not permitted
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Payment is made but service onboarding has not started
- Refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment
Refunds are not applicable if:
- Services have already commenced
- Digital assets or platform listings are created
- Delay is caused due to incomplete inputs from the client
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
