Refund & Cancellation Policy – Restaurant360

Restaurant360 provides service-based offerings, not physical goods.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before service onboarding begins
  • Once onboarding, account setup, or platform integration has started, cancellation is not permitted

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Payment is made but service onboarding has not started
  • Refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • Services have already commenced
  • Digital assets or platform listings are created
  • Delay is caused due to incomplete inputs from the client

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
